Thermistors are a relatively inexpensive and accurate type of temperature sensor. They are highly non-linear and provide much better resolution at lower temperatures.
The TS-1061 thermistor interface allows almost any thermistor to be used with the Vesta. The standard version works with our standard thermistor (included) and measures temperatures between 32 and 290°F (0 to 145°C). Other thermistor types and temperature ranges can be supplied on request.
This sensor comes with a 25' cable for connection to the Vesta.
